Die Technology Ltd have
now been acquired by the ASC Group Inc
We are pleased to announce that the shares of Die Technology Ltd have
now been transferred to the ASC Group, Inc., which is a wholly owned
subsidiary of a large privately owned organization called PMC Global
Inc.

PMC Global Inc. are a $700 million dollar
company who via acquisition put together specialised groups of
companies which complement each other and enhance the total service to
the customer.
The ASC group today is already generating revenues of $67 million and
growing, this acquisition will allow us to look forward to a bigger
and brighter future working together with our customers and suppliers.
New Management structure is now as follows:
Alan Taylor - President - ASC UK
Graham White - President - Mintech / Ditech
Ben White - Vice-President - Mintech / Ditech
The rest of the structure remains the same and Ditech will continue to
operate as a European manufacturer.
