Die
Technology is an Approved Independent Assessor of Un-encapsulated Add-on
Components to BS.EN.ISO9001:2000
All products
are 100% electrically tested and visually inspected to the requirements of
MIL-STD-750 and MIL-STD-883 as appropriate. Customer specific electrical
selection and additional or amended visual inspection criteria can be
accommodated.
Device traceability is maintained to the manufacturer's diffusion lot
and records of inspection and tests are retained for a period of at least
five years.
We offer a lot qualification (element evaluation) service to those
customers that require additional assurance of device performance which
comprises the encapsulation of a representative sample from the lot and
performing electrical testing over the full device operating temperature
range. A period of burn-in can be included and full data logged test
results can be provided in accordance with customer requirements.
Each delivery is accompanied with a Certificate of Conformity signed by
a senior member of the Quality Department and for each device type within
the delivery, a detailed pad layout is provided to facilitate device
assembly.
